Defective Product Return We will happily replace any product that is defective in manufacture or incomplete or if the wrong item was delivered as long as the following conditions are met:
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product;
or the wrong item was delivered;
or the order was incomplete.
- The request for replacement is made within 15 days of receipt of the item in question.
- The item is returned to the shipping address below with a postmark within the 15 days:

If all conditions are met we will accept the returned item and ship out a new item immediately. Starsys Publishing will pay for the postage both to send it to our office and to return the new item.
Unfortuantely, due to the subjective nature of our products, we will not accept returned merchandise for refund. We are quite sure you will enjoy our publications but in the rare event that you don't like the book, we cannot refund the purchase price.
